Off to the races!

The ultrasound and blood test today were good news: I am responding and responding well at that!

Only problem is that the I am responding REALLY well, maybe even too much. I have a list of 19 measured follicles this morning. Here are their numbers:
Left: 16, 12, 12, 11, 10, 9, 9, 9, 8
Right: 13, 11, 11, 10, 9, 9, 8, 8, 7, 7

I was told they look for an estradiol of 500 or so. If it is around 1200 at day 6, they would adjust medication. My came in at a whopping 1525!!! Yes, meds have been adjusted: 150 Follistim (down from 225) and Ganirelix is going to start tonight.

Cramping and nausea started this afternoon. I was guessing it was because things may be starting to get tight in there…. but maybe it is just gas : )

Now, instead of sending “happy thoughts” to my follicles when I give myself shots, I’m going to send “mature thoughts” their way, hoping and praying they mature as well as they have grown.

Wow, that is an excellent response for having low AMH! And they are all close in size with the exception of one, so they could always let the large one go if needed and mature the rest together. Good for you.
